AI Visibility
Your clients stopped Googling. They’re asking AI instead.
The AI Visibility Audit shows you what ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity say about you today, fixes what’s keeping you out of those answers, and tracks what changes.

Someone asks: “Who are the best executive coaches for women in leadership?”
Here are three well-regarded options:
- A consultant whose site answers this question directly
- A coach with a named, quotable framework
- A speaker whose credentials are machine readable
You weren’t mentioned. Not because you’re not good at this. Because nothing on your site told the machine you exist.

The problem
Why doesn’t my website show up in AI answers?
I just had a milestone birthday, and I wanted to throw a party on a party bus here in Minneapolis for me and my friends. Instead of Googling it and scrolling through listings the way I have for twenty years, I asked an AI assistant. It gave me three names and a sentence about each one. I called the first one. I never saw a single search result.
What does that have to do with your website? There are a good number of party bus companies around the Twin Cities that never made it into that answer. They hadn’t done anything wrong. Their sites just weren’t built to be read by something that summarizes instead of lists.
Most of the sites I look at have the same handful of things going on:
- The pages that could answer a buyer’s question bury the answer four paragraphs down, after the setup
- There’s nothing on the site that plainly states who you are and what you’re known for in a form a machine can pick up
- Nobody ever told the AI crawlers whether they’re welcome, so the decision got made by default
- Half the pages have no description at all, so Google writes one for you (it’s usually not the one you’d pick)
- The pages earning the most attention aren’t linked to from anywhere useful
None of that is a failure on your part. The ground moved and nobody sends a memo.
What it is
The AI Visibility Audit
The AI Visibility Audit is a two week website review that shows a coach, speaker, or consultant what AI assistants currently say about them, and fixes what’s keeping them out of those answers.
It starts with software that walks through every page on your site, the same way a search engine does, and reports back what’s actually there. That’s a different thing from the green and red lights in your SEO plugin, which only check whether a box has been filled in, not whether what’s in it is any good.
From there I pull your Search Console and analytics data, and then I go and ask the major AI assistants what they say about you and your category right now.
That last part matters more than it sounds. It’s your before picture, and almost nobody takes one. Without it, every claim about improvement afterward is just a story.
What you get
Eight things, and one of them is the point
- A baseline snapshot. What ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Google’s AI answers say about you and your category today, captured and dated, so you can see what moves later.
- A full technical crawl. Titles, descriptions, headings, broken pages, redirect chains, orphaned pages, so you find out what’s actually there instead of guessing.
- Search Console and analytics review. What you rank for and what earns attention without earning clicks, so effort goes where it can pay.
- Schema markup, implemented. Machine readable detail about who you are, what you do, and where else you exist online, so a model can resolve you as a real entity instead of a guess.
- An llms.txt file and a crawler decision. I walk you through the tradeoff and you decide whether AI companies can use your content, so it stops being decided by accident.
- Bing Webmaster Tools and IndexNow. ChatGPT’s search leans on Bing and most sites have never been submitted to it, so this is quick and it counts.
- A prioritized findings document. Plain language, ranked by impact and effort, so you can act on it yourself if you’d rather.
- A one hour walkthrough call. So the document is a conversation, not homework.
Being clear
What this doesn’t include
Most sales pages leave this out. I’d rather you know now than find out in week two.
- Rewriting your page or blog copy. The findings will name the pages that need it, and rewriting is quoted separately.
- New pages or landing pages.
- Backlink work.
- Design or layout changes.
- Tracking beyond the three months included.
- Development work beyond the schema and file changes listed above. Anything bigger gets flagged and quoted.
Fit
Who this is for
A good fit if
- You have a site with real content on it already
- You’re known for something specific
- Inbound has gone quieter and you’re not sure why
- You want to know where you stand before spending on anything bigger
Not a good fit if
- Your site is brand new with little content
- You want a guarantee that AI will name you
- Your site needs rebuilding first
- You want to hand it over without a conversation
The audit
$1,500Intro price
- Everything listed above, delivered in two weeks from the day I get access
- Three months of monthly tracking included
- After that, tracking is $147 a month if it’s useful to you, and no hard feelings if it isn’t
I can’t promise ChatGPT will start naming you, and anyone who promises that is guessing. What I can do is remove the reasons you’re being left out, and show you a before and after so you can judge for yourself.

Afterward
What usually happens next
The findings document will tell you what’s worth doing after the audit. Most often that’s refreshing the blog posts that already earn attention but don’t convert, and that gets quoted once we know what’s actually there rather than guessed at now.
Some people take the document and do the work themselves. That’s a completely fine outcome, and it’s yours to keep either way.
Who you’d be working with
Hi, I’m Rebecca
I’ve been building websites for coaches, speakers, and consultants for about twenty years, through Web Pages That Sell. I’m not going to tell you I saw AI search coming, because I didn’t. I’ve spent the last stretch working out what actually moves the needle now that people are asking machines instead of searching, and this is where I’ve landed so far.
If you’d rather just talk it through before deciding anything, that’s genuinely fine. Most of my good projects start that way.
Questions
The things people ask me
Isn’t this just SEO with a new name?
Fair question, and partly yes. Good SEO and good AI visibility overlap a lot, and I’d rather say so than pretend I’ve invented something. The difference is what gets prioritized. Traditional SEO optimizes for a page that gets ranked and clicked. AI visibility optimizes for a paragraph that gets lifted out of your page and repeated by something else, with your name attached. Making that happen is real work and it’s mostly not on a standard SEO checklist.
How long before I see something?
Technical fixes get picked up in weeks. Whether that turns into you being named in AI answers is slower and less predictable, and it depends on things neither of us controls. I’d rather set that expectation now than have you disappointed in month two.
I already have an SEO plugin. Doesn’t that cover it?
A plugin gives you the fields. It doesn’t fill them in, decide what your pages should say, or know which of your pages matter. On the last several sites I’ve looked at, the plugin was installed and working perfectly on hundreds of pages that had nothing typed into it.
Should I be blocking AI companies from using my content?
Genuinely depends, and I don’t think there’s one right answer. Blocking protects your content and removes you from the places people are now looking. Allowing means your writing gets used to answer questions, sometimes with credit and sometimes without. I’ll lay out the tradeoff and you decide. What I don’t want is for it to be decided by accident, which is what’s happening on most sites right now.
Do I have to rebuild my site or change hosting?
No. This is work on the site you already have.
What do you need from me?
Admin access to your site, plus Search Console and analytics if they exist. If they don’t, setting them up is part of the job. Beyond that, one conversation about what you want to be known for, and then not much.
What if you find nothing wrong?
Then you’ll know that, which is worth something on its own, and we’ll go looking at whatever else is causing the quiet. It hasn’t happened yet, but I’d tell you plainly if it did.
Where to start
If you’ve had the feeling that your website used to bring people in and lately it just sits there, an audit is a cheap way to find out whether that’s true or whether it only feels that way. It might turn out your site is in decent shape and the problem is somewhere else entirely, which is genuinely useful to know.
Two easy ways to do this. Grab a slot on my calendar and we’ll look at your site together, no charge and no obligation. Or tell me to start and I’ll get going. Whichever is best for you.
